The staff was excellent. The first morning there wasn't cinnamon rolls on the buffet. My daughter happened to mention it to the lady at the front desk when we came back in, not as a big deal but just in passing, and she said she'd be right back. She went and got our 2 granddaughters cinnamon rolls along with plates, napkins, and forks. She definitely went the extra mile to make sure our littles were happy. Room was clean and spacious.

This was our first time at this property. Our suite was large enough for our family of 6 to sleep comfortably and was very clean. Extra towels and blankets were brought to us quickly upon request. Breakfast was great! The best part was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Probably the nicest staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The proximity to the interstate was also a big plus. Will definitely stay at this property again when in the area.

Breakfast Food was good for the situation (eggs, sausages, biscuits, waffle station, yogurt, etc) The electric car charging stations are a good addition. Staff was very professional, polite and responsive. Close to scheduled events

The location was fine for us. The staff was very sweet and friendly and check in was quick. The beds were comfortable enough for our stay. We only needed to stay one night, as we were headed home from across the country, so we didn't take advantage of anything besides sleeping.

The location wasn’t bad. I liked the comfy bed and clean room. I enjoyed the completely hot tea in the the room. The entire hotel appeared clean inside and out which was very nice.. thank you

Breakfast was good! Room was cool temperature wise. They got us extra blankets we requested. Helped us arrange transportation to Chiefs game with Clyde. He did a good job.

The gentleman in night shift at front desk was very friendly and did a very good job of making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and the kids loved the pool!
